Camel Valley

Two Beautiful Cottages, Nestled In A Beautiful Part Of The Cornish Countryside

Camel Valley’s cottages are in a fantastic panoramic location - high on the slopes of the valley, overlooking the vineyards and surrounded by glorious countryside.

Our two holiday cottages offer tranquil accommodation from which to explore both coasts. Both are attractive and comfortable barn conversions with plenty of character, enjoying stunning views over the vineyard and valley beyond.

During the fishing seasons, guests are welcome, by arrangement, to fish our private stretch of the Camel River which winds below the vineyards at the bottom of the valley. It's not a manicured river bank and you need to be an active and experienced angler, but many Salmon and sea trout have been caught by experienced anglers over the years. There is no charge for fishing, but you will need a current trout and salmon license. There is a mandatory ‘catch and return’ policy to conserve stocks.

There is excellent 4G coverage, but no Wi-Fi.

Camel Valley has a private access to the Camel Trail available to our cottage guests every day except Sundays, when access is via a minor detour.
