Raise your glasses for Cornwall
It's not often you hear about a successful English winery, but that's exactly what Bob and Annie Lindo have set up, right here in Cornwall.
At the 2005 International Wine challenge the only one of the 14 recognised producers not from Champagne was Camel Valley.
Bob and Annie planted their 'Camel Valley' vineyard in 1989, and they've been going from strength to strength ever since.
"We're now bottling some wine from 2006, which is the best vintage ever in the English wine industry," based mid cornwall Bob and Annie are flag for the country, proudly naming their product after the region much like champagne.
