Wine Review: The Best English Fizz

When King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain raised a glass with our Queen at Buckingham Palace last July, it wasn’t vintage champagne in their glasses but English sparkling wine. Meanwhile, over at Heathrow airport, the lucky few turning left to first class on their British Airways flights are not handed one of champagne’s most venerated labels, but a glass of Camel Valley, a sparkler made near Bodmin in Cornwall.
