CAMEL VALLEY PILSNER BEER
Camel Valley winemaker, Sam Lindo worked in association with Sharp’s head brewer Andrew Madden to design a base beer suitable for using the traditional method. It was aged on a bed of Saaz leaf hops for 40 days, and was then prepared for bottling in our winery and a Camel Valley Champagne wine yeast introduced. Sam conducted a secondary fermentation in the bottle in the same way as for sparkling wine. Sam then removed the sediment under pressure, before ageing in our temperature controlled cellars.
