Aromatic, complex and smooth dry white wine with good balance, and a lovely finish. Made from pressed juice of Reichensteiner and Schöenburger grapes, fermented at just 13°C to retain fruit aromas and delicate flavours. The name celebrates the Atlantic Ocean lapping Cornwall's shores, and the freshest fish in the world. Atlantic Dry with fish is a favourite in most Cornish restaurants.
The 2009 vintage is expected to be released in April 2010.
